Invu Add-on Modules
Here at Hub Software we are an
approved Invu developer, and have enhanced the product in many
areas. Along with eCopy Connectors for Invu, both new versions and
legacy systems, we have also developed the Invu web Client on
behalf of Invu themselves.

With the Invu Series 6 integration package from Hub Software you
can now add a legally admissable, fully audited, ICAEW approved
document management system seamlessly toSage ACT! You can view and
retrieve your documents stored in Invu Series 6 from within the
ACT! contact screens, without needing 3rd party pop-ups or
add-ins.

eCopy Connector for INVU document management, you can convert
hard copy originals into electronic images and store them into
designated libraries and binders within the INVU environment,
directly from the Canon digital copier or high speed scanner.
Documents can then be easily retrieved and distributed
electronically.
Now, your company can effectively manage paper documents throughout
the document life cycle. The use of standard document types and
integration with INVU’s version control and workflow processes
ensure that review, approval, publishing, and archiving are
consistent with your existing information management
procedures.

With the Invu Series 6 Connector for eCopy Sharescan, you can
convert hard copy originals into electronic images and store them
into designated Intrays, workflows, or Index direct within the INVU
environment, directly from the Digital copier or high speed
scanner.

With the Invu Series 6 Connector for eCopy Desktop, you can now
access the documents in Invu directly from eCopy Desktop, and save
scanned documents from your office MFP, local scanner, or PC.
With the ability to view and edit PDF files and scanned Images,
you can check-out, edit, and save documents back into the system
directly from eCopy Desktop.

Mobile Client for Invu Series
6 (Prototype)
With the Invu Series 6 Mobile Client, you can access, search,
explore, and view your documents on any windows mobile or
browser-based pda or mobile phone.
With the Mobile Client for Invu Series 6 you can connect to your
Invu server securely from anywhere in the world. With full MS
Office document support, and the ability to view PDF files and
scanned images, you can check, edit, and save documents before
sending back into the system.

| Invu Appliance
With the Invu Appliance, you can forget about having to provide
servers that meet minimum specifications, installing and setting up
the system, and configuring the server for use.
The appliance arrives pre-configured and ready for you to add your
Invu licences!
This product went on full release 7th July 2008.
